Payment is made through the Mercantec shopping cart system which is secure and very easy to use. Product pages have a shopping cart summary on the top of each page so you can view what is in your cart at all time. When you're finished shopping, checkout and choose PayPal or Google Checkout. You can pay by credit card through this system too. If you'd like to pay by cashiers check or a bank check or other certified funds, please email us at TheBeadedFish@gmail.com for additional instructions.
We do not accept personal checks!
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you're not satisfied you may return the item (does not include books, CD's, digital media of any type, beading patterns or instructions) for a refund/credit (less shipping cost) or exchange. ALL returns MUST have prior approval before refund/credit is given!
Sorry, absolutely no returns, refunds, credit, or exchanges will be given for books, CD's, digital media of any type, beading patterns or instructions. No exceptions!

If you are a private designer and would like to sell your items on this website or if you'd like to advertise your bead club on this website, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page.
Handling time is usually within 48 hours of payment being received. We ship out Monday through Friday except for major holidays.
Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail and usually takes 2-3 days to get to you once it is dropped off at the post office. If you'd like a different type of delivery method please contact us.
If you live outside of the United States or want products delivered internationally, please wait for an email from us to confirm correct shipping amount after placing order.
